Mailing Lists

One of the most useful features of Sales Management Plus is that you can create marketing/mailing list from any of the modules that allow you to filter customers by certain criteria. Marketing/Mailing lists can be created directly from Market Analysis, Parts Analysis and Business Comparison.

You must filter your customers in one of the following modules based on your criteria

    Market Analysis
    Parts Analysis
    Business Comparison

Once you have your customer list click "Mailer" in the menu bar. Your customers are imported into the Mailer Module as shown below

You can filter your list even further by setting criteria in the "Filter By"  

Placing Customers on Marketing Lists: Your Marketing or Sales Manager may have set up additional marketing lists for you to place your customer on called  Marketing Lists as well as set up specific information your customer may be interested in receiving info on with  Marketing Check List
