The Parts Analysis screen allows you to run queries on your sales based on almost limitless conditions.
The information you are given is Customer, Branch , Account Manager, SIC Code, Date of Invoice, Invoice Number, Release Number, Quantity sold on that invoice, Part number, Sell $, GP$ and GP%

The graphic above shows the different criteria you can filter Parts by, either separately or combined together, to give you just the information you are needing. In the above example we are filtering all PVC (Product Level 3) Product sold to customers of Jack Boman between January 1, 2000 and December 31, 2001.
Using Product Level Filter- By filtering by product level you can determine your part sales right down to manufacturer (Product Level 3).
In order to filter by specific Product levels you must choose the levels in order of 1,2,3. First select Product Level 1 and then Product Level 2 and then you are able to select from Product Level 3.
Using Part Filter- You can filter by specific part numbers to find out the purchasing customer. This is extremely useful when marketing a new product based on sales of a particular product.
Hint: The % symbol is used as a wildcard.

This filter allows you to filter by particular part number(s) using OR, AND and Missing Pairing
Or Statement – All order line items that contain the following Parts

You can search up to 6 parts numbers at the same time

TIP:
Missing Pairing filters are helpful in locating customers who have purchased a
product but not the commodity items needed to use the item as in the case with
Labeling Tools. The customer may have purchased the Labeling Tool from you but
are not purchasing the labels themselves.
This will help you identify the customer and create a marketing list
To print your filtered results click "File" "Print"
"Parts Analysis Report"
The resulting report will be generated in Excel where you can add, remove
or manipulate the report to suit your needs.
