Because the reports are generated in Excel you can make changes to the reports in a way that allows you to share information with your vendors or customers without revealing  confidential information.

Report - Market analysis Summary - Take the customer list generated in Market Analysis and brings it into a Pre-formatted Excel report showing a summary of each customer on the list.

Details include:

• Account Manager
• SIC Code
• Credit Limit & Days Outstanding 
• YTD and Last years Sales including GP and GP%
• GP per invoice
• Goals and Potentials set for customer
• # of invoices

Report - Excel export for MapPoint 2000

• Generates a report similar to the Market Analysis Summary but includes address information
• Pre-formatted for importing into MapPoint 2000

Report - Product Level Excel Pivot Table

• Creates a Pivot table of the information above for analysis

Report - Product Levels monthly Totals Excel 

• Creates a separate Excel Worksheet  for each customer in the list. This report is best used for a small amount of customers
• Shows sales on a monthly basis for each customer. This is an excellent report for taking to the customer. It lets them see what they have (and have not) purchased.
