Advantage of FREE SMP Training
Do all of your SMP users know all there is to know about SMP? Does
everyone use SMP to it's full capacity? NO??? Then sign up
for our FREE SMP Training classes! Our clients have been asking for more
training on SMP
TMMG is currently providing free online training sessions for Sales Management
Plus in response to client demand for more training to enhance
user's experience.
Andrea Watson, is leading the
training sessions which will cover one section of SMP at a time.
This is a great opportunity for those who need a review of the SMP
program or for those of you who are getting more involved with
particular forms in SMP.
The upcoming training classes will be no more than 1 hour. See
below for what forms will be covered and just a few examples of what
will be covered:
Parts Analysis
• How to run a query by product level
• How to determine what parts customers are purchasing and not
purchasing
• How to create a report in Excel
Project Management
• How to add and edit a project
• How to track/review and identify the participants and products
involved with a project
• How to create a report in Excel of a project or multiple projects
Activity Management
• How to add and modify activities; including tasks, phone calls,
customer meetings and information requests
• How to monitor and view activities according to specified criteria
• How to create a group and view activities assigned to a group
• How to create a report in Excel
Business Totals
• How to view monthly total sales broken down by product categories
• How to run a query by Account Manager
• How to create a report in Microsoft Excel
Outlook Synching
• How to synchronize contacts with SMP and Outlook
• How to set up Outlook so contacts sync successfully with SMP
• How to synchronize tasks from SMP to Outlook

Joe Raventos
was born in Cordoba, Argentina but moved to California at the young age
of three. He has worked for TMMG for five years. Joe is the
President of TMMG where he provides the overall direction of the
business and leads the business development, marketing and customer
support efforts. Joe's favorite movie is an
old classic: "Some Like It Hot". |

Gus Coniglio
was born in Los Angeles, California. He has worked for TMMG for
one and a half years. Gus is in charge of Software
Development and Operations for our company. When asked what his
favorite book is, he replied the "Bible". |

Scott English
was born in Boulder, Colorado. He has worked for TMMG for three
years. Scott works with the Software Design and Development.

Elizabeth LaBarbera
was born in Rochester, NY. She has worked for TMMG for two years
where she does a little bit of a lot! She is responsible for
MarketPro and implementing new clients. She also handles the
Marketing and works with Andrea on SMP support. When asked what
her favorite book was, she could not pick just one. She loves
anything that falls within the "Dan Brown" genre and thinks The
Harry Potter Series is fun to read as well. When she was growing
up, she couldn't get enough of "One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish"! |

Paul Hoskins
was born in Anaheim, California. He has worked for TMMG for almost
three months and is our newest employee. Paul works as a
programmer analyst. He also assists Andrea with some of the
support issues. When asked what his favorite book is, he
answered "Exodus Case: New Discoveries Confirm the Historical Exodus" by Lennart Moller. |

Andrea Watson
was born in Iowa Falls, Iowa although she grew up in the beautiful
mountains of Colorado. She has worked for TMMG for six months; and
prior to that for an electrical distributor. She is responsible for handling Support for SMP and
the SMP Web Administrator Utility. She does file data processing
for all of our current clients. Andrea also assists Elizabeth with
MarketPro and Implementing new clients. Without a doubt, her
favorite book is "Angles and Demons" by Dan Brown. Although she
grew up reading a lot of those twisted and horrifying Steven King
novels! |
